When will my order arrive?

Allow 1–3 business days for preparation and an estimated 3–7 business days in transit. Standard U.S. shipping is $7.95, or free on orders of $150 or more after discounts. See Shipping for details.

How do returns work?

Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. We provide a prepaid U.S. return label and charge no restocking fee. Read our Returns & Exchanges page for conditions and instructions.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email houseofladyjane@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and request. We will help if the order has not yet been processed, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
