If your order isn't quite right, request a return within 30 days of delivery. Eligible U.S. returns include a prepaid return label, with no restocking fee.

What can be returned?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please include original packaging where applicable. Items explicitly marked final sale before purchase and gift cards are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect help for incorrect or damaged items.

Start your return

1. Sign in to your account using the email address from your order.
2. Open the order, choose the items you want to return, and submit your request.
3. Once approved, we'll email your prepaid label and packing instructions. Please send the items back within 14 days of approval.

Refunds

After your return arrives and is inspected, allow up to 7 business days for us to process an eligible refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Need a different size?

The simplest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order. Availability is not guaranteed, and the new order follows our normal shipping rates. Contact us if you'd like help.

Email houseofladyjane@gmail.com as soon as you notice the issue, with your order number and photos if possible. We'll review it and help make it right.
